Last month, our donors helped us to potentially save 21 lives last month.
On Saturday 15th March, we ran a free PSA testing clinic at the Life Centre at which we paid for around 290 men to get tested.
The PSA is a blood test that can help to detect prostate cancer in its early stages – when it’s far more treatable.
Over 20 men who were tested on the day were flagged as potentially having prostate cancer, and referred to their GP for future tests.
We’re completely reliant on community donations, and can only provide these life-saving tests for free thanks to our amazing supporters. Thank you!
