A huge thank you to the Queens Dock Ukelele Players, who’ve raised £1000 for The Chestnut Appeal for Men’s Health.
We popped down to the Devonport Live community café earlier today to see the group at one of their weekly practices, and to thank them for their amazing contribution.
The Players have been going for around 12 years, and collect money for charity through their live performances. We’re so pleased that The Chestnut Appeal was their chosen charity for 2024.
What a fantastic local group! The money they’ve raised will make a real difference to men’s cancer patients and their families across the South West.
