The annual ride along the Tarka Trail for the Chestnut Appeal took place in early October.
The weather for the ride was not brilliant but Mark managed to encourage eight brave souls to get up early on a Sunday morning.
The ride started at Instow and along the trail to the East Yarde cafe where they enjoyed a well-earned breakfast/brunch before climbing back in the saddle retuning back to Instow.
On the basis of ‘£10 to ride or £20 to stay under the duvet’ Mark and his fellow cyclists managed to raise a fantastic £385.
Thank you Mark and all those who took part from the Chestnut Appeal what a great effort.
