New cancer support for Plymouth community

We’re launching a brand new cancer support group in Devonport.

The first session for the new group will be from 10:30am on Wednesday 26th March. The sessions will take place at the exciting new Foulston Park development on the old Brickfields site, in a room overlooking the Plymouth Albion pitch.

Thanks to our donors, we’ve been funding a men’s cancer support group in Plymouth for over 15 years. The group is a fantastic chance for men to meet others who are going through, or have gone through, the same experiences as them. We also take our members on free trips, to provide cultural and social opportunities beyond talking about cancer.

The new group will help us to reach even more community members who’ve been affected by men’s cancer. As always, the group is open to patients, friends, family – anyone who’s been impacted.

Thank you to all of our donors and supporters. You make these sessions possible.

If you or someone you know is affected by prostate, testicular or penile cancer, our free patient and family support groups across Devon and Cornwall offer a space to connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
