If you have ever considered walking or running a marathon but haven’t quite got round to it yet then how about running a ‘marathon in a month’.
Here is a challenge for you. You can run or walk a marathon during the month of January 2021.
Every time you go for a run or a walk, count your mileage. Add it up at the end of the month.
Whether it’s a mile a day or all in one go – it’s up to you!
