Today is International Men’s Day!
Every year, International Men’s Day is marked by more and more men, women, and organisations throughout the UK. Across November parliamentary debates, policy launches, and community events are held to improve the wellbeing of boys and men whilst encouraging positive conversations around masculinity.
This year, we’ll be spending International Men’s Day at the Royal Mail’s Drake House site in Pymouth, meeting men who work there and talking about their physical and mental health. We’ll be aiming to share advice and support to break the silence and stigma that often surrounds men’s health issues.
