Men! It’s time to ‘Grow A Tache’.

November will soon be here so it’s time to start thinking about discarding your razor and ‘Growing a Tache for Chestnut’. The month-long campaign is being run by the Chestnut Appeal for Men’s Health and encourages men to have a bit of fun whilst raising funds.  Your Moustache can make a real difference

Start clean-shaven, on November 1st, then grow grow grow !  and let everyone know what you’re doing and why.

Awareness of Prostate Cancer and Testicular Cancer has never been more important – and we’ve never needed you more.
More than 47,500 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year – that’s 129 men every day.

Men at 50, you should be talking to your doctor about PSA testing. If you’re black, you need to start that conversation at 45. And if you have a brother or father with prostate cancer in their history, do it at 45.

Get to know what’s normal for your testicles. Give them a check regularly and go to the doctor if something doesn’t feel right.

set up and share your personal fundraising page far and wide, ask friends and family to donate.     https://www.justgiving.com/chestnutappeal
