The amazing Peter Brown is cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats, he started on 24th of August 2021, and is planning to cover 1000 miles in 12 days. Peter will be passing St Austell to Liskeard, Callington, Tavistock then Princetown before heading to Crediton and finally Tiverton before onwards out of the South West and up the spine of the country.
Peters Gran and Grandad bought him his first bike before he could walk, with family holidays almost always including cycling only fanning the flames of his passion. This included a trip to Holland 1987 where they didn’t take a car and carried all their own gear! Peters dad was in charge of the map during that trip, but sadly he died at age 57 from a stroke, but remains a huge influence in his love of cycling, travel and seeking adventure.
Thank you Peter for supporting The Chestnut Appeal, please keep safe and good luck from us all at the charity https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/peter-brown1974
