Pauline’s 2021 Open Water Swim Challenges for Prostate Cancer

Having taken to the Open Water to swim during all of the lockdowns and completing the Polar Bear Challenge swimming right through the winter , I am celebrating these achievements by undertaking these sw ims to raise money for Prostate Cancer and Mens Health.

As the mother of two young men, this is a charity very important to me.

I will be completing these challenges with my great swim buddy Alison Burgess . I owe so much to all of my swim buddies throughout the year who have helped me to manage my Mental Health challenges by supporting me to swim regularly in cold water .
