The swim
Straight out from Cawsand Beach to a marker buoy, then turn left along the front of Kingsand towards Sandways.
This will be on the outside of the moored yachts. Once reached the Mermaid flag, will then head back to Cawsand along the shoreline inside the yellow swim buoys.
The swim is around 1800-2000km.
