The 2023 Cawsand swim

There are two distances; 2km and 4km. The 2km swim will see swimmers set off from the beach at Cawsand and swim along the Bay to Kingsand, to the Mermaid Buoy, to a 1km marker buoy and back inside the swim buoys.
