Local people are decorating underwear and entering it in a competition in the local Parish Church in Chillaton.
Marystowe Church is the venue for an unusual fundraising initiative. The flouncier and glitterier the better!
Washing lines will be put up around the Church and will display all undies for judging by the Vicar. there will be 4 classes (0-6, 7-11, 12 -17 and adults) entry is £1 for children and £2 for adults.
Saturday 18th February will be the grand viewing in the Church, and Saturday evening the adjoining Church Hall will host a pop up community pub where there will be the prize giving.The event is to raise funds for the Primrose Foundation and Chestnut Appeal and raising awareness of Breast Cancer and Prostate Cancer.
