World Cancer Day 2026

This World Cancer Day, we’re bringing the “people-centred revolution” home to Devon and Cornwall.

Facing prostate cancer is a unique journey for every man in our community. That’s why we believe care should be about the person, not just the diagnosis.

So next month we are launching of our new Survivorship Book, a space for healing, thriving and surviving prostate cancer !

This book is a collection of real stories, local resources, and holistic advice tailored for our region. It’s designed to ensure no man in the South West feels alone after treatment, focusing on:

Local Support: Connecting you with peers across the peninsula.

Life After Cancer: Navigating the physical and emotional “new normal.”

Your Voice: Putting your lived experience at the heart of recovery.

Stay tuned for our launch dates in March! Together, we’re closing the care gap across the West Country.

If you or someone you know is affected by prostate, testicular or penile cancer, our free patient and family support groups across Devon and Cornwall offer a space to connect with others who understand what you’re going through.
